Rocco DiSpirito

I caught up with Rocco DiSpirito at his new Southampton restaurant, Il Pelicano, to talk about his creative spin on local Hamptons cuisine, how he creates a menu, and what makes his restaurant so special.

Eric Ripert

I had the pleasure of interviewing Chef Eric Ripert at Le Bernardin, where we chatted about his exciting new cookbook, Seafood Simple. I learned how to make the perfect ceviche as well as what to always have on hand in case guests stop by.

Joe Isadori

I had a fun conversation with Chef Joe Isidori about the opening of his new Bridgehampton restaurant, Arthur & Sons. We chatted about his family, his restaurant, and all the great dishes on the menu.

Jacques Pépin

After spending a lifetime learning to cook from his televisions shows and cookbooks, I had the privilege of interviewing and hosting a dinner with the legendary Chef Jacques Pépin. We discussed his experience cooking for three French presidents, his journey as a celebrity chef, and what he cooks at homel.
